The Juan Campaign
How to help solve the immigration issue by fulfilling part of our foreign aid commitments.
Part of an effort to seek a higher common ground that all sides can agree on.
Feedback welcome!
U.S. taxpayers subsidize farm products and upset fair free trade. This makes Mexicans (and others) unable to feed their families and contributes to the need for migration.
In attempts to stem the flow of migration for jobs, the U.S. taxpayers incur the cost of fences & Border Patrol; enforcement & courts; deportation to . . . start the cycle again because root needs have not been addressed.
U.S. taxpayers have the resources, but choose to spend on other priorities.
U.S. taxpayers have committed to 0.7% of GDP, but in fact give only 0.15%
The One Campaign ~ what if we start with One % of the budget (0.25% of GDP)?
